4-6 chicken breasts
2 cans of diced tomatoes with green chilis undrained
1 can tomato sauce
1 envelope chili seasoning mix
1 can small white beans
1 can black beans
1 can mexicorn
1 bag precut carrots
cut up celery
brown or white rice
1) place carrots and cut up celery in slowcooker
2) put chicken in slowcooker
3) in a small bowl mix together the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and chili seasoning and pour over chicken
4) cover and cook on low 8-10 hours
5) stir to break up chicken
6) stir in beans and mexicorn
7) cover and cook on low another 15-20 min (just to warm the beans)
8) serve with rice
